An R package for the Bayesian calibration of process-based models.
General-purpose MCMC and SMC samplers, together with plotting and diagnostic functions for Bayesian statistics. It is aimed in particular at Bayesian inference for process-based simulation models, where the likelihood is expensive to evaluate and off-the-shelf samplers are often a poor fit.
